Pension Insurance Corporation have implemented a hybrid working environment into their London office to meet with the current needs of their 600 employees.
As there was no designated space for employees to store their personal items, Maine’s solution was to install Mainestream four compartment lockers in to working areas & corridors. Each locker was fitted with a Digilock Versa Mini RFID lock for security, and came complete with a stylish Hotbox 2 storage caddy in the client’s corporate colours.

MoreySmith specified Maine Lockers for Red Bull’s new HQ in London. Their projects display imaginative richness, and a deep understanding of how people work and communicate. For Red Bull, MoreySmith increased the use of natural materials and created a more subtle, working environment.
Lockers were specified in raw steel with a clear lacquered finish, with bespoke vents on the doors to create a contemporary but retro effect.
Maine Lockers are part of Maine’s extensive PSU (Personal Storage Units) range. Although, MoreySmith specified raw steel, Maine Lockers can be finished in any colour.

Dovetail selected Maine’s Mainestream range of storage & filing, for CBS Studios International London. Mainestream has been designed to accommodate all types of office media within a modular range of heights and widths, in order to create an efficient and harmonious office layout.
The doors and drawers were finished in a striking White and Carbon Black to enhance the workplace and co-ordinate with their office furniture.

Maine supplied storage and filing to the same client for seven years, across six different locations for 5000 staff members. Maine’s classic Maineseries³¹ range was specified for the latest office, for it’s strength and ability to lock each drawer, security was paramount with all units individually locked using Nano, electronic keypad locks Maine lockers are situated centrally within the workplace, for ease of use and to provide a colourful and dramatic backdrop.
Bespoke soft felt-bags were designed to fit drawers and lockers, in order to move tablets, pens and business cards. The soft felt allows the bags to be carried without damage to clothes or furniture.

High-tech locking system.
Hyperion Insurance Group consolidate its London offices following the 2015 merger with RK Harrison to create a new state of the art HQ in London for the firm’s global business.
Security was paramount with all units individually locked using Gantner Net.Lock. All the locks have a fully wired system which gives the client real time reporting functionality. The locks can be opened using a building entry card or with a smart phone device.

Bankstream are a financial technology company from New Zealand with a new London office. Maine provided a storage solution for their permanent based office staff as well as nomadic workers and telephone sales team. Maineseries³¹ planters and drawers were specified in a striking white with a black handle infil, by Progress Furnishings to create a vibrant office.
The office is divided into work areas with planters, these contain ferns from native New Zealand which also give a feel of home along with strong graphics that are part of their Corporate identity.

Mainepure lateral files and cupboards were selected by Operandum Furniture Consultancy for Belron International Ltd, Surrey. Mainedesign colour matched glass tops complement the colours specified throughout their offices.
Mainepure is designed with discreet handles, which also function as label holders. This unique contemporary design creates an elegant and streamlined workspace.

Cupboards to Lockers.
Maine were able to design a partitioning shelf and new doors to suit the existing steel carcass as well as painting the doors to match the clients corporate colours and adding the Lehmann digital combination lock. Most importantly re-purposing the existing units meant they would not be sent to landfill.
As steel is so flexible and reconfigurable, Maine were able to provide a sustainable and cost saving solution by turning existing cupboards into a 4 compartment lockers.
